The studio has 4 main fixed walls and one rolling wall with two sides.
The space is meant to be minimalistic yet versatile for any need.
There are some small furniture pieces + props that you are welcome to use.
This space does have a portable back drop stand so if you have a back drop you are welcome to set it up in the space. It also has a staircase that you are welcome to shoot on.
Shooting areas + props
The space is a natural light studio with a 10ft wide 14ft tall roll up door that is west facing. If door is closed the natural light goes away substantially but there are other sources of natural light including a small window, the front door and two opaque skylights. It does have 2 lume cube LED light stands that you are welcome to use. They have adjustable brightness and warmth.
The best time for light is normal outdoor lighting hours depending on the date. If you love harsh sunlight in your photos I suggest the last 3 hours before sunset.

This space has a bathroom (can be used for changing), clothing rack, rolling/standing full length mirror and rolling desk/table for your gear and prep. You are welcome to use the restroom for changing.
The studio is in an industrial shared building with other businesses but plenty of parking for you and your clients.
A full changing room and getting ready vanity, mini fridge, coffee and tea kettle, tables and chairs for workshops and meetings. And a podcast/video recording room .

You will receive a guide for the space, how to get in and all that comes with it so it will help you plan for your shoot. You will also receive a set of studio rules.
