The studio has 2 main fixed walls and one rolling wall with two sides.
The space is meant to be minimalistic yet versatile for any need.
There are some small furniture pieces + props that you are welcome to use.
This space does have a portable back drop stand so if you have a back drop you are welcome to set it up in the space. It also has a staircase that you are welcome to shoot on. Coming soon... another large blank shooting wall, more props and furniture.
Shooting areas + props
The space is a natural light studio with a 10ft wide 14ft tall roll up door that is west facing. If door is closed the natural light goes away substantially but there are other sources of natural light including a small window, the front door and two opaque skylights. It does have 2 lume cube LED light stands that you are welcome to use. They have adjustable brightness and warmth.
The best time for light is normal outdoor lighting hours depending on the date. If you love harsh sunlight in your photos I suggest the last 3 hours before sunset.

This space has a bathroom (can be used for changing), clothing rack, rolling/standing full length mirror and rolling desk/table for your gear and prep. You are welcome to use the restroom for changing. The studio is in an industrial shared building with other businesses but plenty of parking for you and your clients.
COMING SOON... a full changing room and getting ready vanity, kitchenette to keep food and drinks cool or heat up and make yourself and clients a cup of coffee. I will also be getting tables and chairs for workshops and meetings. And a podcast/video recording room which im really excited about.
other amenities
You will receive a pdf guide for the space, how to get in and all that comes with it so it will help you plan for your shoot. I will include a page that you can send to your clients to make finding the space easy for them as well. You will also receive a set of studio rules that will require a signature. In the beginning months of the space myself or and assistant will be letting your in and locking up. During your shoot we can stay near by or get out of your hair.
